The collection and transport of samples is specified in DIN EN ISO 19458 and is conducted by our trained samplers who are integrated into the quality system to obtain representative and reliable results.

The sampler’s tasks include advising on and selecting sampling points, preparing, and selecting suitable sampling containers, conducting the sampling, labelling, and safely transporting the samples and documenting the data relevant to the sampling.

To ensure consistent quality, internal audits are conducted regularly, and external training courses are organised so that samplers always have the latest knowledge.
